He enjoys orchestrating teams of technologists and business experts to help our clients innovate and excel in their respective business domain.

He has a hands-on approach, tireless work ethic, a passion for challenge and problem solving, and a sense of urgency to capture opportunity.

Nancy brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 

She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating lasting value for clients. Prior to joining Core Financial Software, Nancy spent 24 years at Finastra, holding a range of roles that strengthened her industry expertise and client-first approach.   

Nancy is based in Seattle, Washington. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family.  

 Matt has 20+ years as leading member of the EZTeller and Servicing Director development teams. During that time he has worked in all aspects of the development and support life-cycle for the products. 

As the most Senior development team member, he has broad role from customer engagement to architecture and product extensions. 

He is the in-house expert in all things technical related to our products and leads the drive for innovation and expansion.

Ebin brings over 16 years of experience in banking and corporate software automation, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, forward-thinking solutions.

 Over the past decade, Ebin has built and mentored development teams from the ground up—fostering inclusive, high-performing environments that prioritize quality, innovation, and client success. 

Ebin brings a wide breadth of software experience leading Development, Implementation, Professional Services, and Support teams while remaining committed to building strong professional partnerships and aligning solutions with the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders

 Bindu is a versatile product leader with 20+ years spanning product strategy, business analysis, and technical documentation. 

Expert in defining roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric innovations with a proven track record managing complex, multi-stream initiatives. 

 With strong analytical acumen and clear, effective communication, Bindu consistently drives impactful results in the financial service software.
